Meditation is one of the best things I’ve fallen in love with. I feel like I’ve become a better person because of it. I found meditation at the start of my spiritual journey. It also went hand in hand with my healthy lifestyle. Although I can be bad and I push it to the back, basically just let life run the show but when I meditation I feel like the best possible version of myself. 

I’ve listen to some wonderful guided meditation from people around the world. Gabrielle Bernstein, Melissa Ambrosini and Julie Montagu. 

BUT I was also incredibly lucky enough to stumble upon Rochelle Fox on Instagram and learned that she was launching a meditation course. So What did I do? I waited and followed until it was launched. 

Then I signed up of course. I knew how to mediate but to have a 4 week course to remind me of all the benefits of meditation when that was just heaven. Rochelle & Chris did a fanatic job with Mindspo. The photos, videos and information is just incredible. 

The best part about the course is that you can go back it to again and again once you have completed the course. 

I felt like the course just spoke to parts of my soul. It was like a kick up the butt to get me into meditation again. 

My meditation practice has always been wishy washy. I’ll do really well for a week and then just put it last on my to-do list, which I know is super bad and not what I should do but sometimes I just really like my sleep. And I really notice the difference when I do meditation and when I don’t. My mind becomes clearer and I feel at one with my body Plus I think my kids notice the difference. It’s a scary thought to know that something that is so good for you is one of the hardest things to do. To sit in mediation and not get distracted is very hard and take a lot of practise. 

You have to be willing to give yourself over to it and just enjoy what meditation brings. I absolutely love it and writing this post is just making me want to meditate right now.
