Starting the 1st of July, YES I know its the 2nd of July blame computer issues! I am committing to doing yoga every single day. Even if it just 10 mins a day I will get on my mat. I am committing to just more than just yoga to changing my habits and my lifestyle.
Because I’m tired of just allowing each day to go by and not do the things I love every single damn day!
I sit on the side line and watch the world go by. So I’ve decided to change that. For the next 6 months, I’m committing to doing something different each month well actually 2 to 3 things each month.
For JULY it is going to be-
Yoga, as I’m mentioned, is something that I have a huge passion for and have been doing for the last year but I do it 2 to 3 times a week if I really commit to it. And I want to improve so much that I really need to focus more on it and really set time aside to commit to it.
Self-love is going hand in hand with my nutrition program. All of my gratitude gang girls are in on it and it’s something I am promoting with the nutrition program. It’s going to be so much fun. The middle of the year everyone needs to re focus on yourself. Everyone just needs a bit of reminding sometimes. And I think doing 30 days of Self-Love is a fantastic way to get back to focusing on yourself. Keep an eye out on my social media for my 30 days of self-love.
Journaling is something I’ve done since I was a teenager. I just again do it when I feel like it and hardly make the time for it. I am making a packed to do it every day and I am using the book let it out by Katie Dalebout as a sort of guide. The book is full of great prompts to do each day in all areas of life. I absolutely love it.
That is my plan and wellness goals for July. I am also going to play to read more book as well as listen to more podcasts basically I want to dial back on my Netflix watching…
